I FINALLY FINISHED IT
! This drawing took me ages to complete! I'm not entirely satisfied with the outcome, but I guess it's okay. The idea was to get faster at drawing but it turned out to be a hair drawing exercise... however at some point I didn't even look at the hair on the reference pic anymore, I just drew what I thought might look like hair... Plus I decided to leave away his necklace since the thought of drawing it gave me stomache pain.
Actually, during the last few hours I was on the brick of tearing it into tiny pieces and flushing them down the toilet, but I couldn't do it (all those hours would have been wasted!).
WIPs:
Time spent drawing: 34 hours and 15 minutes
Materials used:
- HB mechanical pencil
- HB, 2B, 3B, 5B, 7B and 9B pencils
- kneaded eraser
- blending sticks (and my finger...
)
