_{My 10th (completed) drawing of Jared Leto, thought it was worth mentioning .

I’ve been working on this on and off for the past two weeks. I had found this cool reference picture and thought I’d try to paint it in ink... which was kind of a strange idea for me because I've never learned to paint with ink, not even at art school.

Anyway, for the longest time - until yesterday evening, to be exact - I didn't like it and never even would have considered uploading it here on dA. But after having accidentally splashed some white ink on it I started to like it, so I covered Jared with some tape and added more splashes.

I like how it turned out, considering I've never done this before .

2B pencil for sketching
White and black ink from Pelikan
Small and medium paint brush
